
The OIC Arbitration Centre and Indonesia Dispute Board (IDB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 11 June 2024.
Dr. Oseni, Secretary-General, and Dr. Sabela Gayo, President, signed the MoU on behalf of the OIC Arbitration Centre and IDB, respectively.
The MoU envisages cooperation and collaboration between the parties aimed at promoting awareness of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms and encourages them to work together to organize ADR-related events, projects, and educational activities.
The IDB, established in 2021, is an ADR centre headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. IDB has several specific dispute settlement sections/units each in charge of specific disputes such as mining, environment, and cyberspace.
