1) Facilitating the settlement of commercial and investment disputes referred to the Centre involving natural persons or legal persons from the Member States of the OIC and Non-OIC States.
2) Promoting arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms among OIC Member States.
3) Enhancing knowledge and improving skills and expertise in arbitration and other forms of ADR mechanisms.
4) Making submissions on the reform of dispute resolution law and practice in the Member States of the OIC.
