OIC-AC and the SOAS Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Centre (SADRC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 21 December 2023.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) stipulates collaboration between the two centres, which provide alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for legal disputes, with the intent to promote ADR awareness and work together to plan ADR-related events, projects, and educational activities.
Located in the School of Law at SOAS University of London, the SADRC is a research and knowledge exchange center with primary objectives to execute research and assist organizations and institutions involved in arbitration and dispute resolution in providing training and other knowledge exchange activities.
