Press Release
Paris / Istanbul, 30 March 2026
The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Arbitration Centre (OIC-AC) and Jus Mundi, the legal AI company powering global arbitration intelligence, have announced a strategic partnership to expand access to arbitration expertise and strengthen alternative dispute resolution practices across the 57 member states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.
The partnership, unveiled during Paris Arbitration Week, will see OIC-AC contribute non-confidential arbitration materials, ADR resources, and institutional thought leadership to Jus Mundi’s global legal intelligence platform. This collaboration aims to enhance OIC-AC’s role as an institution for resolving commercial and investment disputes while promoting greater awareness and adoption of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms throughout the Islamic world.
Through Jus Mundi’s multilingual AI-powered platform, OIC-AC’s materials will reach legal professionals across 100 countries, creating new channels for knowledge exchange between the international arbitration community and practitioners in OIC member states. This visibility supports both the growth of arbitration infrastructure in emerging markets and OIC-AC’s position as an institution equipped to handle complex commercial and investment disputes.
The partnership amplifies OIC-AC’s visibility within the global arbitration community while ensuring that dispute resolution expertise developed for the Islamic world reaches practitioners across jurisdictions.
Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, stated:
“This partnership reflects our belief that arbitration advances when knowledge flows freely across borders and legal systems. OIC-AC brings deep expertise in serving a vital economic region, and we are committed to ensuring that expertise reaches the global legal community. By working together, we can help strengthen arbitration practice across OIC member states and contribute to the development of practitioners who will shape the future of international dispute resolution.”
Dr. Umar A. Oseni, Secretary-General of the OIC-AC, commented:
This strategic partnership with Jus Mundi is a pivotal step in fulfilling the OIC-AC’s mandate to modernize dispute resolution across our 57 Member States. By integrating our arbitration resources into Jus Mundi’s AI platform, we amplify the global visibility of our regional practices. This collaboration empowers our practitioners with advanced legal intelligence while providing the international community invaluable insights into the OIC region, ultimately building a more robust global arbitration ecosystem.
