The Centre is a Platinum Sponsor to the 2024 edition of the Istanbul Arbitration Week (ISTAW) which will be held from September 30th to October 4th in Istanbul.
ISTAW is a prestigious international arbitration event comprising a series of sessions focused on international investment, trade, and arbitration. The panels at ISTAW 2024 will feature a dynamic format, fostering open discussions about the future of international arbitration. They will shed light on new arbitration techniques, focus on developments and evolving interpretations, and discuss best practices for international arbitration in the new virtual reality.
ISTAW is hosted by the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC), with whom the Centre in 2023 signed an MoU on bilateral cooperation and collaboration aimed at further increasing awareness of and resorting to international ADR.
