The OIC-AC and TOBB University of Economics & Technology (TOBB ETÜ) Faculty of Law signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 16 October 2023.
J.D. Maged Mamdouh Kamel SHEBAITA, Secretary-General, and Prof. Dr. Çiğdem KIRCA, Dean, signed the agreement on behalf of the OIC-AC and TOBB ETÜ Faculty of Law, respectively. The MoU envisages cooperation between OIC-AC and TOBB ETÜ Faculty of Law for educational and organizational purposes, in raising awareness about alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms and partnering to organize events and projects related to ADR.
The OIC-AC attaches utmost importance to engaging in educational activities in collaboration with educational institutions from around the world and firmly believes in the effective role such activities play in promoting ADR.
