A delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by Ms. Abdullaeva Shakhzoda Sobitovna, Head of the Department of International Cooperation of the Lawyers’ Training Center at the Ministry of Justice paid a courtesy visit to the OIC-AC headquarters.
Mr. Homidjonov, Head of the Department for Analysis of Banking Practices and Control of the Compliance Control Division, Ms. Gulomjonova, Deputy Director of the Legal Division, Ms. Kalandarova, Head of the Department for Assets in Litigation, Mr. Batirov, Legal Advisor for Contractual Legal Relations, Mr. Boqijonov, General Manager of the Unit for Work with Problem Loans in Litigation, Ms. Ibragimova and Mr. Rasulov, Leading Managers of the Unit for Work with Problem Loans in Litigation, and Mr. Jabbarov, Senior Auditor of the Internal Audit Division accompanied Ms. Abdullaeva.
The OIC-AC management team led by Secretary-General Dr. Oseni welcomed the Delegation and delivered briefs on the structure, activities, and services of the OIC-AC. Parties exchanged views on a range of ADR-related issues including commercial and investment disputes, Islamic finance, and dispute avoidance.
The OIC-AC extends its “rahmat” wishes to the members of the Uzbek Delegation for fruitful discussions.
