The “Arbitration Days Symposium” co-organized by the OIC-AC and Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law will take place in Istanbul on 23 and 24 May 2024. The Symposium will be held in Turkish. It will focus on arbitration agreements, investment arbitration, arbitrability, arbitration proceedings, legal remedies against arbitral awards, and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. The closing session will feature introductions from the OIC-AC as well as prominent Turkish ADR centres. Participants will be provided with certificates.
