The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Arbitration Centre (OIC-AC) and Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law (https://www.aydin.edu.tr/en-us/akademik/fakulteler/hukuk/Pages/default.aspx) will jointly organise a Symposium in Istanbul on 20-24 May 2024. The Symposium will mark the inaugural Istanbul Arbitration Days. It will focus on the resolution of international trade and investment disputes (especially disputes among the nationals of Islamic countries) through ADR at large; arbitration and mediation in particular.
It will be an honour for us, the organizers, to receive your invaluable contribution to and attendance at the Symposium. For planning purposes, we kindly request that interested international ADR practitioners send the abstracts (300- 400 words) of their proposed articles by 15 January 2024 to hukuk@aydin.edu.tr e-mail address.
